Project Overview
The CCTV system support, maintenance, and development project of
Sadra Municipality was executed under a two-year service contract
with the objective of ensuring system stability, improving operational efficiency,
and maintaining the reliable performance of the city’s video surveillance infrastructure.
Due to the extensive coverage of the municipal surveillance network and the critical
importance of continuous equipment operation, the technical team of
Dargah Ertebatat Novin was responsible for providing technical support,
periodic maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment relocation, and overall management
of CCTV-related infrastructure.
Scope of Work
This project covered all maintenance and support activities related to the video
surveillance infrastructure, including CCTV cameras, recording devices, communication
equipment, and data transmission systems.
The provided services included CCTV camera installation and commissioning, equipment
repair and relocation, scheduled maintenance, communication link monitoring, NVR
performance inspection, and monitoring of communication paths between different
municipal locations.
The connection between various municipality centers is established through
wireless communication links and fiber optic infrastructure, requiring
continuous monitoring and maintenance to ensure service availability and network stability.
